The owner and manager are extremely rude and then quality of their arrangements is less that mediocre. They failed to put my name of the flowers to inform the receiver who they were from and she did not receive them for nearly 5 days…

Ive ordered flowers from Fredericos for a while now and ive seen all the work that was done, and it was absolutely beautiful. Ive never been dissapointed with anything ive gotten from them.
