Was in Blg 5 for Dual diagnosis. Concrete bunker with LOTS of noise and spartan furnishings. Mediocre maintenance, graffiti on furniture. Nothing like being screamed for at 5:30am for vital signs. Then again at 6:30am for 'meditation.'…
